Purchase Information

Khan's Travel collects your full name, address, email address, and phone number when a travel reservation is made. This information is saved in your Reservation. We will also collect credit card information, including card number, card type ,expiration date, and billing address in order to bill you for travel purchased through Khan's Travel. When someone other than yourself is accompanying you on travel purchased through Khan's Travel, we may collect personally identifiable information about that individual. You should obtain the consent of other individuals prior to providing Khan's Travel with their full names and contact information. Surveys, contests, and sweepstakes Occasionally, Khan's Travel may offer our site visitors an opportunity to participate in a survey, contest, or sweepstakes. Information collected by Khan's Travel when you participate in a survey, contest, or sweepstakes may include your full name, e-mail address, and street address. These service providers will disclose information about your traveler profile to hotel, airline, and/or car rental suppliers whose products you have purchased. This information must be shared with our travel suppliers to confirm your reservation and travel preferences. Although Khan's Travel offers travel products from hotel, airline, and car rental suppliers that are reputable companies, we have not placed limitations on these suppliers from using or disclosing your information without your permission. Therefore, we encourage you to review the information privacy practices of any travel suppliers whose products you purchase through Khan's Travel. In addition, these travel suppliers may also contact you as necessary to obtain additional information about your confirmed reservation. We use non-identifying and aggregate information to better design our web site and to share with advertisers. For example, we may tell an advertiser that X number of individuals visited a certain area on our web site, or that Y number of individuals filled out our email registration form, but we would not disclose anything that could be used to identify those individuals. Information is collected for use in our reporting software. This information is used to understand our site promotional successes and failures so we can adjust our marketing offerings as a result. It is also used to report page views results to our marketing partners.
